Do I need a licence to open an account?
Yes. We activate accounts only for businesses holding a valid retail / vape licence for each province they sell in. Licences are verified at application and re-checked periodically; if a licence lapses, ordering is paused until it is renewed.
Why can't I see products or pricing on this site?
Deliberately. Nicotine is an age-restricted, provincially regulated category, so product details, imagery, and wholesale pricing are visible only inside the verified buyer portal. Everything unlocks once your account is approved.
Is there a minimum order?
Opening orders have a modest case-quantity minimum, communicated by your account manager at approval. Reorders have no dollar minimum, though carrier economics favour consolidated weekly orders — many buyers use our quick-order and saved-list tools for that.
Do you offer payment terms?
New accounts start prepaid (card at checkout). Net terms (e.g. Net 15/30) are available after a trading history and credit review; limits and terms appear on your account page once granted. Invoices are payable in the portal.
How fast do orders ship?
Orders confirmed by 14:00 ET ship the same business day, stock permitting. Parcel lanes run 1–4 business days across Canada; pallet volumes move on scheduled LTL. Signature on delivery is required on every shipment.
Where do you ship?
To verified commercial addresses in the provinces we are licensed to serve — no residential addresses or PO boxes. Multi-location retailers can hold several ship-to addresses on one account and order against any of them.
What if my shipment arrives damaged or short?
Note it on the carrier's proof of delivery and report it from the order page within 48 hours, with photos. Verified claims are reshipped or credited — your choice. See Shipping & returns for the full policy.
Can I return stock that isn’t selling?
Unopened, resalable overstock can be returned within 14 days with prior approval and a restocking fee. Damaged, defective, or mis-picked goods are returnable within 30 days. Every return needs an RMA issued through the portal first.
Can I request a quote for large or contract volumes?
Yes. Approved buyers can submit quote requests from the portal; our team prices them (usually within one business day) and you can accept online, converting the quote straight into an order.
How do I get help with my account?
Existing customers: sign in and use the order or invoice pages, or contact your account manager. New customers: contact sales — phone and email hours are listed there.
