What you need to open an account
We activate accounts for licensed retail businesses only. Have the following ready — approval typically takes one to two business days once documents are verified:
- A valid retail / vape licence for each province you sell in
- Legal business name and business number (CRA)
- Ship-to address(es) — commercial addresses only
- A signing contact who is 19+ (21+ where provincially required)
